COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

It is mutually agreed that the purpose and intent of the agreement is to promote cooperation and harmony between the Employer, the Employee and the Union, and to secure for the parties the full benefits of orderly collec- tive bargaining, to mutual interests and to pro- vide a channel through which information and problems may be transmitted from one to the other, and to provide an amicable method for the prompt disposition of all grievances, to eliminate interruption of work and interfer- ence with the efficient operation of the Companyis busi- ness, and to set forth the conditions of employment to be observed by the Employees, the Union and the Company. The Company and the Union agree that they will adminis- ter their rights under the terms of the collective agree- ment in a fair and reasonable manner. Any significant changes made to current practices that are not covered by this collective agreement and affect bargaining unit employees, will be discussed with the union prior to the
