Opal Labs Inc. (“Opal”) and the entity appearing on the signature page of the associated Order (“Customer”) and is effective as of the Order Effective Date. Customer and/or its Affiliate may enter into additional Orders, and each such Order is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All references to Customer under this Agreement refer equally to an Affiliate ordering under this Agreement. “Affiliate” means any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Customer.
