THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Consumer and Business Services (“DCBS”) and the City of Ashland (“Jurisdiction”), a political subdivision of the State of Oregon. DCBS and the Jurisdiction may collectively be referred to herein as the Parties and individually as the Party. The Parties are authorized to enter into this Agreement under ORS Chapter 190 and ORS 455.095.
