THIS AGREEMENT, amended this day of May, 2019 (the “Agreement”), by and between the CITY OF HOLLAND, a Michigan municipal corporation, with offices at 270 South River Avenue, Holland, Michigan 49423 (the “City”), the BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF HOLLAND, an authority established pursuant to Act 381 of the Public Acts of 1996, as amended (“Act 381”), with offices at 270 South River Avenue, Holland, Michigan 49423 (the “Authority”); and S J & R Land Development, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, with offices at 8516 Homestead Suite 102, Zeeland, Michigan 49464 (collectively, the “Developer”).
