This Agreement is a successive principal Agreement of the 2012-2015 Agreement, and all other prior Agreements thereto by and between the Associated General Contractors of Washington a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. and Local 612 International Union of Operating Engineers and the Employers signatory hereto, whether directly or by assent. This Agreement governs all the terms lawful for negotiation between the parties including, but not limited to, wage rates, benefits, conditions and scope of work in the territory outlined in Article 3 of this Agreement.
