This Agreement is to set forth, through collective bargaining, herein the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to wages, benefits, hours, and working conditions as relates to the government contract and to provide for an amicable and fair disposition of grievances to maintain harmonious relationships between Phoenix Logistics, LLC and its employees. It is recognized by the Agreement to be the duty of the Company, the Union and the employees to cooperate fully, both individually and collectively, for the advancement of said conditions; and to provide a grievance procedure for the settlement of the employee's grievances; and to provide that there shall be no interruptions and/or impeding of operations during the term of this Agreement.
