This Permit and Concession Agreement Addendum (hereinafter Addendum) is required under the Lincoln City Municipal Code in three instances all involving authorized use of City real property or right-of-way for commercial activity: (1) LCMC 5.28.080 Street Vending; (2) LCMC 5.16.050 Special Event Permit Vendors; and (3) LCMC 12.16.085 Parks Concessions. This Addendum is needed in addition to a Street Vendor License, a Special Event Permit, and Parks Exclusive Use Permit. The City Code mandates that Street Vendors, Parks and Special Event Concessionaires operating on public property or right-of-way, locate only in approved locations that do not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular access and which are ADA compliant. The applicant must submit this application along with a scaled diagram of the permit area, with dimensions and the location and description of all structures, materials and activities shown.
