This Addendum No. 1 (“Addendum No. 1”) to the City of Tempe Community Gardens at Escalante Park and Clark Park Lease Agreement is made and entered into by and between Tempe Community Action Agency, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (“TCAA” or “Lessee”) and the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona (“City”).
