THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into this day of September, 2014, by and between Loews Minneapolis Hotel, located at 601 First Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55403 hereinafter referred to as “Employer” or “Company,” and UNITE HERE Local 17, AFL-CIO hereinafter referred to as the “Union.”
