This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective on 01-01-15 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, and its successors or assigns (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and Washington County (hereinafter referred to as “RPA”), a(n) municipal corporation, by and through their duly authorized representatives.
