This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2023, by and between Lake County Board of Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER, and Lake County Local #3520, which is an affiliate of Montana State Council No. 9 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL/CIO, acting by and through its duly qualified officers and representatives, all of which are hereinafter referred to as the UNION.
