This Business Associate Agreement (this “BAA”) is effective upon execution by both Parties or upon the date of end user’s acceptance of a quote issued by Vocera referencing this BAA (the “Effective Date”) by and between the end user customer signing this BAA or acceptance of the Vocera quote referencing this BAA(“Covered Entity”) and Vocera Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Business Associate”). Covered Entity and Business Associate are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
