THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this first day of July 2013, by and between the Wall and Ceiling Alliance (hereinafter referred to as Association) and the Operative Plasterers’ & Cement Masons’ Local Union No. 300 of the Operative Plasterers’ & Cement Masons’ International Association of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as Union), in order to stabilize wages, hours and working conditions, and to improve conditions in the plastering industry for the benefit of employers, employees and the general public. By entering into this Agreement, the parties do not intend to terminate or extinguish the Labor Agreement between the California Lathing & Plastering Contractors Association, Sacramento Chapter, Inc.
