This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the County of Kitsap, hereinafter known as the “Employer” and Kitsap County 911 Employees’ Guild, hereinafter known as the “Guild,” to meet the requirements set forth in Chapter 41.56 of the Revised Code of Washington. The purpose of this document is to set forth the wages, hours and working conditions for said Guild’s bargaining unit for the term herein below provided.
