THIS IS A LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Lease”) made , 2022, (“Effective Date”) by and between COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “County” or “Lessor”) and CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a California municipal corporation and charter city (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”). The County and Tenant may individually be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
