day of May, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and among the CITY OF PORTLAND (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, the duly designated urban renewal agency of the City of Portland (“PDC”) and ZRZ REALTY COMPANY, an Oregon corporation (“ZRZ”). PDC and ZRZ shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and jointly as "Parties".
