This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is made and entered into on (“Effective Date”) by and between the owner of the Premises (defined below) (“Lessor”) and NAME (collectively, whether one or more, whether masculine or feminine, “Tenant”). If more than one tenant, each tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the obligations of Tenant hereunder. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Lease, Lessor rents to Tenant, and Tenant rents from Lessor, the premises located at ADDRESS. (“Premises”). The Premises shall be occupied only by the above-mentioned Tenant and the following occupants: All Other Occupants. For and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Lessor and undersigned Tenant do hereby agree as follows:
