This Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of April 11, 2018 and is entered into by and between Aloris, LLC (“Aloris”), a Delaware limited liability company and Sundip Bhundia (“Investor”), an individual, in connection with the development, financing, production and exploitation of the feature length theatrical motion picture currently titled “Untitled Tales From the Crypt” (the “Picture”) based upon the comic book series titled “Tales From The Crypt,” (“TFTC”) and the screenplay to be written by Gary Dauberman (the “Screenplay”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
