In line with the Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Children’s Act 2006, those staff and volunteers working with children and/or vulnerable adults the CAB must follow relevant and adequate vetting procedures and comply with the Code of Practice for Registered Persons and other Recipients of Disclosue Information as may be issued from time to time by the Criminal Records Bureau or any successor to that body.
