Any and all licensing, maintenance, or order-specific agreements referenced within the terms and conditions of this Exhibit 1 are agreed to only to the extent that the terms do not conflict with the terms of the Participating Addendum, the Master Agreement, and to the extent the terms are not in conflict with applicable Oklahoma law. In the event of conflict among the terms and conditions, the Participating Addendum shall take precedence.
