The following terms will apply to the availability of the Enterprise Cloud application and Terremark Infrastructure. This SLA provides Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for Terremark's failure to meet the standards and commitments established herein. All standards and commitments are subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth herein.
