This Interconnection Agreement (sometimes also referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 by and between , a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of , (‘‘Interconnection Customer’’) and Idaho Power Public Utility, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, (‘‘Public Utility’’). The Interconnection Customer and Public Utility each may be referred to as a ‘‘Party,’’ or collectively as the ‘‘Parties.’’
