These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use the services we provide through https://www.muzik2nft.com (“Services”). This is a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Muzik2nft LLC, a U.S. company located at 9450 SW Gemini Dr, #46931, Beaverton, Oregon 97008-7105, U.S. (“Muzik2nft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). You and Muzik2nft shall each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”. If you continue to explore, enter, and utilize our Services, or obtain, possess, or own a Muzik2nft non-fungible token (“Track Token”), you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services immediately.
