This Agreement, effective the first day of January 2024 and to continue for two (2) years, ending the last day of December 2025, is entered into between the Board of Commissioners, Pine County, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Local 1647 of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees, Council No. 65, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organization, hereinafter referred to as the Union.
