This grant agreement (“this Agreement”) is by and between the City of Portland (“City”), acting by and through the Bureau of Environmental Services (“BES”) and its elected officials, and Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) (“Grantee”), on behalf of the Center for Tribal Nations and Waterfront Education Park project. The City's Project Manager is Megan Hanson. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by all parties. This Agreement shall expire, unless otherwise terminated or extended as provided herein, on December 31, 2022.
