This Master Service Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of later of the two signature dates below (“Effective Date”), between Sprout Social, Inc. and its Affiliates (collectively, “Sprout Social”) and The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas, and each Member (as defined below) (collectively, the “Subscriber”). This Agreement sets forth the terms pursuant to which Subscriber will be permitted to use certain of Sprout Social’s web-based and professional services.
