Sutron Corporation, ("Contractor"). This Contract is effective on the date is has been signed by all parties and all required State of Oregon approvals have been obtained. This Contract expires on June 30, 2022 or on the date all warranties have expired or the date Contractor has completed delivery of all Goods and Services in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, as determined by Agency. The parties may extend the term of this Contract provided that the total Contract term does not extend beyond June 30, 2023.
