This rider (“Rider”) to the Select Plus License Program Agreement (“License Agreement”) between Microsoft Corporation (“Licensor”) and the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Administrative Services (“Licensee” or “Customer”) dated _ , a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A, amends and supersedes any provision to the contrary in the License Agreement and is effective as of the date of the License Agreement. This Rider and License Agreement, together with any exhibits, constitute the entire agreement (collectively “Agreement”) between the parties and merges all prior and contemporaneous communications with respect to the matters described in this Agreement.
