This Layered IT Subscription End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the person, legal entity or entities, or persons on behalf of a legal entity or entities that accept(s) this Agreement by physical or electronic signature or by a click-through acceptance (“Licensee”), and Layered ECM dba Layered IT (“Layered IT”). This Agreement is effective as of the date on which this Agreement is accepted through an accompanying Order Form (the “Effective Date”).
