This Repayment and Completion Guaranty Agreement (this “Guaranty”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of date, 2017 by the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Housing and Community Services Department, together with its successors and assigns (“OHCS”) and sponsor signor, an individual, and sponsor name, an Oregon public benefit corporation (jointly and severally, “Guarantor”), whose addresses are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.
