This Employment Contract (“Contract”) by and between the Huntsville City Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as “Board”) and Christie Finley (hereinafter referred to as “Superintendent”) is made effective August 9, 2018. This contract replaces and supersedes all prior agreements and contracts between the parties. The Board and Superintendent agree as follows:
