This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the West Side Level B Water Reservoir/Transmission Main Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of February 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Consor North America, Inc., an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
