This memorandum is written to serve as an agreement between the St. Johns County School District and St. Johns Education Association. The intent of this memorandum is to provide a timeline and a process for instructional employees to transfer to new "III" high school opening during the 2022-2023 school year.

This memorandum is written to serve the purpose of furthering the goal of improving academic results, to fill high-needs vacancies, and to provide an opportunity for eligible teachers to participate in the Supplemental Allocation Program. Eligible teachers may earn up to $15,000 for Highly Effective and up to $7,500 for Effective based on the state's value-added model calculation (when aggregated over 3 years). Eligible teachers must teach at a Title I school with a 2019 school grade of"D" or "F" as of August 30, 2019. This incentive is funded through the federal Unified School Improvement Grant (UniSIG) allocation and is valid for the 2019-2020 school year only.
