This Collective Bargaining Agreement entered into this 20th day of July 2021 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting through the Commissioner of Administration and Finance and his/her Human Resources Division, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", or the "Commonwealth"; and by the National Association of Government Employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Union"(of which Local R1-292, the Massachusetts Association of Professionals is an affiliate); and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Union and the Employer. This Collective Bargaining Agreement entered into this 30th day of January 2009 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts acting through the Commissioner of Administration and Finance and his/her Human Resources Division, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer”, "HRD" or the "Commonwealth"; and by the National Association of Government Employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", Local R1-219; and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Union and the Employer.
