WHEREAS, County owns real property located at 1845 South Townsend Avenue, Montrose, Colorado 81401, in which is located a medical clinic (hereinafter: “Clinic”), which provides local public health services to residents of the City of Montrose and the County of Montrose, and is willing to make space available to a variety of providers to serve that community in various pediatric sub specialties as defined in attached addendums on an as needed basis.
