This Agreement is between the State of Oregon (State) acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services (DAS PS), on behalf of the Office of the State Chief Information Officer acting as Enterprise Information Services (EIS), Cyber Security Services (CSS), and Columbia County (Local Government), each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”.
