This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by LegitScript, LLC (“LegitScript”) and a pharmacy, pharmacy website, prescription drug-selling website, pharmacy merchant, pharmaceutical manufacturer, pharmaceutical wholesaler, telemedicine merchant or other entity that advertises, offers, or distributes drugs or healthcare services or products (“Applicant”).
