This Agreement, effective as of the first day of July 1, 2021, by and between the Town of Maynard, hereinafter referred to as the “Town” and NEBPA Local 54 & Local 55 hereinafter called the “Union” is designed to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Town and its employees of the Maynard Police Department who are within the provisions of this agreement, in order that more efficient and progressive public services may be rendered. All sections and articles in this contract are applicable to all Union members unless stipulated otherwise.
