This agreement shall be in effect as of the first day of September 1, 2016 and shall remain in force and effect up to and including August 31, 2017 and from year to year thereafter, providing that either party may, not less than 60 days or more than 120 days prior to August 31, 2017, give notice in writing to the other party of their intention to renegotiate a revision thereof.
