THIS DELEGATED SPONSOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 17, 2026, is made by and between Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Delegated Sponsor”), AGS Trustees Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the “Cayman Trustee”), and Morgan Stanley Solana Trust, a statutory trust organized under the laws of Delaware (the “Trust”).
