This Amended and Restated Commercial Lease (the “Amended Lease”) is entered into by and between the City of Bryan, a Texas home rule city (the “Landlord”) and GRBD TX, LLC, DBA D-BAT Aggieland, a Texas limited liability company (the “Tenant”). Landlord and Tenant may also be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
