This Intergovernmental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between the State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, (the “State”) and (the “Local Contracting Agency”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose\ of setting forth the terms and conditions for services to be provided by the State for the disposal of surplus Personal Property, Vehicles, Heavy Equipment, TitledTrailers and Watercraft owned or under the control of the Local Contracting Agency.
