(the “Agreement”), is made and entered into on June 20, 2018, effective as of 12:01 a.m. New York time on January 1, 2018 (the “Amendment Effective Time”) by and between Security Life of Denver International Limited, an Arizona domiciled life insurance company (the “Company” or “SLDI”) and Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America (Bermuda) Ltd., a Bermuda- domiciled insurance company (“HLRAB” or the “Reinsurer”).
