This agreement made and concluded in the City of Allen Park this 8th day of December, 2003, by and between the Allen Park Board of Education, Party of the first part, hereinafter called the “Employer” and Local #142, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, A.F.L.C.I.O., Council #25, representing Allen Park Food Service/Maintenance/Transportation Employees, Party of the second part, hereinafter called the “Union.”
