THIS SUBLEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between LANE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as “LANE COUNTY”) and City of Coburg on behalf of Lane Fire Defense Board, hereinafter is referred to as the “TENANT.” The Agreement is effective as of the date of full execution by both parties.
