As of May 2, 2011, this Amendment is hereby attached to and becomes a part of the above-described Reinsurance Agreement. It is mutually agreed that the Agreement will be amended to clarify the calculation of the ADJUSTED GMIB CLAIM, to remove the minimum annuity purchase amounts by product and to include new investment funds, fund name changes, and fund mergers. To effect these changes, the following provisions of this Agreement are hereby amended:
