THIS STATE-FUNDED GRANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of 20 , by and between the State of Florida Department of Transportation, (“Department”), and Pensacola-Escambia Promotion and Development Commission (PEDC), (“Recipient”). The Department and the Recipient are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
