This Allhands Services Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a binding agreement between Brandlive, Inc. DBA Allhands (“Allhands”) and the Client identified in an order document that references this Agreement (“Order Form”) or the Client who accepts the terms of this Agreement via click-through acceptance. Client agrees that the terms of this Agreement will govern Client’s use of the Services (as defined in Section 1).
