WHEREAS, this Agreement is made pursuant to the Local Government Employee Management Relations Act by and between the City of Mesquite (hereinafter, the "CITY") and the Mesquite Police Officers Association/ Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers (NAPSO)/Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, LOCAL 9110 (hereinafter, the "MPOA") as the recognized bargaining agent for those classifications identified in Article 1.
