He is waiving, however, any right to monetary recovery or individual relief should any federal, state, or local agency (including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) (“Government Agencies”) pursue any claim on his behalf arising out of or related to his employment with and/or separation from employment with the Company (other than with respect to those matters described in Section 1(b) and except as provided in Section 1(d)(iv) of this Waiver and Release Agreement).
